How Vincino handles your information
Effective July 28, 2026
Information Vincino collects
Vincino stores the account and workspace information you provide, including your name, email address, team name, selected plan, saved leads, notes, assignments, call outcomes, and follow-up activity. Passwords are stored only as salted password hashes.
Maps and location data
When you use map features, Google Maps Platform supplies maps, business details, and nearby search results. If you allow browser location access, your device provides a location so the map can focus nearby. Vincino uses that location to provide the requested map experience and does not sell it.
Payments and email
Paid checkout and subscription management are hosted by Stripe. Vincino receives subscription identifiers and status, but not your full card number. Contact requests and optional newsletter subscriptions may be processed by Resend.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure Vincino, enforce plan limits, coordinate your workspace, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and send product updates only when you opt in. Vincino does not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Workspace data is visible to authorized members of that workspace. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to run the service. Account, billing, security, and business records are retained while needed to provide Vincino, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can deny browser location access, unsubscribe from newsletters, and request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Use the contact page for privacy questions or requests.
