The rules for using Vincino

Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring teammates use Vincino lawfully.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vincino for harassment, unlawful calling, deceptive marketing, scraping, automated abuse, attempts to evade quotas, or access to another workspace. You are responsible for complying with telemarketing, consent, do-not-call, privacy, and recording laws that apply to your outreach.
Plans, limits, and billing
Free and paid plans include the features and usage limits shown when you subscribe. Paid plans renew through Stripe until canceled. Changes or cancellation take effect according to the billing terms shown in Stripe’s hosted checkout or customer portal. Taxes may apply.
Map information
Map and business information is provided through Google Maps Platform and may be incomplete or change over time. Use of map features is also subject to Google’s applicable terms. Vincino does not guarantee that a listed phone number, website, category, or business status is current.
Your content
You retain ownership of the lead records, notes, and other content you enter. You grant Vincino permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Service availability
Vincino may change features, prevent abusive use, suspend accounts that create security or legal risk, or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
